Security Systems 

So you have your nice new WRX or Legacy that you've just taken home from the dealer.  Now you want to do some modifications but you don't want it to get stolen.  You go down to your local alarm/security installer and get a Viper, Clifford or other mainstream alarm installed.  You are thinking "cool I'm safe now", unfortunately you aren't necessarily as well off as you could be.  Every step you put in to slow down a thief is a good step to securing your vehicle.  As enthusiasts we developed our 3 stage system from the ground up with the aid of Law Enforcement Officers, District Attorneys, reformed car thieves and automotive engineers.  Our research also includes helping other tri-staters tow their cars back from police stations after the car has been recovered, this allowed us to see what method the thieves used to steal the cars in the first place.  In most instances they knew exactly how to override the pre-packaged systems in seconds.

Our system includes 3 totally independent sub-systems to stop the thieves.  If they manage to outsmart the Stage 2 or 3, Stage 1 is the last resort to prevent your car from moving.  Here is a brief description, as much detail as we can go into here, your best bet is to make an appointment with us or stop by the shop in NJ when we have an open-garage day to get the full details.  Also don't forget to signup for the Tri-state 911 list in the event your car does get stolen, so that the Subaru community in the area can help recover it quicker.

Overview of 3 Stages Below, Pricing is as follows:
Any 1 stage $125, 2 stages $225, all 3 stages $300, you can get them 1 at a time and pay the difference when you upgrade.
 

Stage 1	- This is an immobilization for the vehicle, car cannot be started via hotwire, push start, or other fashion, will not run either, unless disabled.  When engaged, this will NOT work with remote starters.
Stage 2	- Disables the door panel switches for the door locks. This prevents them from being unlocked when the car is "off", when in the "on" position the door locks work normally.  This stage also works fine with keyless entry.
Stage 3	-This supplements an aftermarket or OEM alarm system, adds Hella Trumpet Air Horns securely in the engine compartment to prevent theft, they also double with your stock horns to add an EXTRA loud horn when you press your horns.  Stage 3 also adds to some inadequacies in the OEM and aftermarket alarms that we can't go into here.
